1) Finish electronics wiring
-matching labels in wiring closet and the rooms where the outlets are
-cables in rack neatly bundled to allow more equipment in rack

2) Lights
-Driveway lights installation
-Kitchen over cabinet (indirect)
-Kitchen inside glass door cabinete
-Complete switchout of 5000K to 3000K for cans
-Basement master bath has quiet fan, should be a quiet fan with a light

3) Are all systems functionng correctly?
-hot water (heater for north side not working, no hot water in utility sink, master bath and loft bath)
-radient floor heat
-vacuum - please check it works on all levels
-fireplace/blower
-washer/dryer

*Flooring 
- number of flaws noted by tape througout the house (address what can be done)

* Carpentry 
- several wood plugs on loft railing base and newel post near front entry need sanding and finishing
- two marked spots on each handrail are rough underneath (could catch fingers)
- basement powder room vanity base toe kick needs trim
- loft bathroom vanity base toe kick nees trim

* Paint and poly touchups 
- paint touchups needed in the following:
	North wall of south bedroom top floor (by baseboard)
	Loft bathroom above and below TP holder
	Loft bathroom ceiling fan
- Polyurethane touchups
	Baseboard below tp holder in loft bathroom
	Baseboard behind door in loft bathroom (small piece that was replaced)
	Quarter round at front door and at sliders
	Trim above kitchen fan and at end of peninsula
There are poly drips on loft floor at northeast handrail corner

* Fit and adjustments 
- check all floor outlet plates.  Some are missing round plastic plug
- lower light fixture of upper stairwell still has label
- front door sidelight screens not secured at bottom
- slider screens
	Some are still not moving smoothly
	The screen locks/latches are inconsistant.  Some lock up, other lock down.  Some will not easily latch or unlatch.
- Basement master bedroom sliding door is hard to open and close
- Screen porch, some of the molding are buckling

* Misc 
- Main floor powder room fan is not the quiet type
- Marked kitchen drawer front for drawer near oven is to be replaced
- Anchor utility sink to floor
- Basement entry doorbell
- Filters in all HVAC returns
- Wiring closet switch for vent fan

For the humidifier, I noticed the water was connected by a saddle clamp, one of the most failure prone connection.  What is more mysterious is there was an existing tap right next to where they clamped.
